Brookhaven is sponsoring a Golf Tournament (Scramble) fund-raising event scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m., October 28 at James Connally Golf Course.

 

This fun filled event will include a RAFFLE with prizes such as (a) a Vizio 42" flat screen TV,

(b) a set of men's or women's golf clubs, (c) an Apple Ipad, (d) a Baylor home game football

package to include parking and dinner, as well as a $100.00 Wal-Mart gift card.

 

When you purchase your tickets online, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be placed on each ticket. Then the actual tickets will be set aside to later be placed in the raffle drawing box. We will e-mail you your ticket numbers so be sure and include your e-mail address when you pay for your tickets. You do not have to be registered in the golf tournament to purchase raffle tickets nor be present to win prizes. Good luck,

Number of Tickets Wanted

 

If you would like to play in the golf scramble there will be a $10,000 CASH PRIZE for any

HOLE IN ONE on the par 3, hole number 15 as well as additional valuable prizes for a hole in one on any other par three. The format will be a four person team with a shotgun start. There are loads of other fun filled events planned such as "Longest Drive" and "Closest To The Hole" contest with prizes for each. The  entry fee for the tournament is $80.00 for each player. After October 15th it will be $100.00 for each player.

Become a Supporting Sponsor for the Tournament. If you would like to support the children of Brookhaven

Youth Ranch and put your business' name before scores of potential customers, please consider the following categories for sponsorship of this golf tournament.

 

                          

 a) $50.00 Level:       Places your business' name on our give away t-shirt.

 b) $100.00 Level:     Places a yard sign with your business' name and address on a green and

                                  gets your business' name on our give away t-shirt.

 c) $250.00 Level:     Places a banner with your business' name and address on a green, gets

                                  your business' name on our give away t-shirt and the tournament banner.

 d)  $500.00 Level:    Places a banner with your business' name and address on a green, 

                                                        gets your business' name in larger letters on the top of our give away

                                                        t-shirt and the tournament banner, plus mention of your support during

                                                        our radio advertising spots. You may also have a vendor's table at

                                                        the pavilion and/or have a representative of your business at the

                                                        tournament to promote your business.
